Politick. What the world thinks, on a page.

There are two ways you can use Politick;

1. Create an account with us- Here you volunteer to be a unique user. Remember, all data showcased on the Politick App is User data and is not externally sourced. So, we strive hard to maintain its authenticity and give you the best user experience in information.

You verify your phone number- We require this inorder to maintain authenticity of data. As a user, the data that you see on the App is only the data entered by the App users. This helps keep repeat votes by the same citizen at bay. You may however skip this step and choose to simply view all the dynamic data without participating.

If however you wish to partake in this tool of democracy, we then ask you to feed in information of People Groups you belong to (You Age without D.o.B, Gender etc.). These help people use filters to see which community thinks what. This information is never personally identifiable.

2. Be an analyst- You can choose to skip the account creation process and simply peruse the dynamic data instead. Switch through the three pages to study the data existing users have submitted and use location switching features to go further into who thinks what.

So how does Politick work?

Politick is three things:

1. Approval ratings- Vote for your elected official in a simple Yes/No format and rate your approval of the job they are doing. These dynamic ratings are in a never before stock market-like format, so when you vote, they listen and yes you can change your vote whenever you change your mind!

We recommend you use our opinion filters (Tailored to each country) to really know who thinks what, (Eg. By Age, Gender, Annual income etc.) And location switching features to know how well a job elected officials in other areas are doing.

2. Elections- Elections on Politick are a continuous process. Now, you can watch opinion polls develop over months (and over minutes) until polling day, whether National or State level. Presently, the sample size of such polls is extremely small and at Politick we think it should be the whole world.

While you can only vote for your own country/state election, you can always switch (by using our location switching feature) to view elections in progress in another state or country (All in real time). You can apply many opinion filters here as well to see how the people are voting. (Want to know which community/demographic is voting for whom? Well, now you will.)

3. Talking Point- On Politick, we try asking unbiased questions and you vote on them. Some questions have obvious answers while some don’t and we prefer the latter. Here, we cover a wide range of issues and hold referendums on key decisions. With the dual filter options you get to see for yourself what a particular part of the community thinks (i.e Simply choose Age- 18-30 and choose Gender- Women and see what they think about this talking point).

The Politick Talking Points are country specific so if you’re done voting or analysing yours, use location switching to see what people of another country are talking about.
